Choose Your License

Four options, built around how you work.

Choose the scope that matches how the template will be used, who needs access, and whether the work is for your own website, client delivery, team-based agency workflow, or white-label customer sales.

Personal License

For your own website

Best for individuals and businesses using a template for their own website.

  • Use the purchased template on one website that you own or operate.
  • Customize the design, content, branding, code, and images.
  • Use the completed website to promote your portfolio, personal brand, freelance services, or business.
  • Do not use the template for a client project.
  • Do not use it on more than one website.
  • Do not share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage the template.
  • Do not upload source files to a public repository, marketplace, file-sharing service, or template library.

License scope: One purchaser, one website.

Agency License

For teams and agencies

Best for agencies, studios, companies, and internal teams with multiple people working with the template.

  • Use the template on unlimited websites owned by the organization.
  • Use the template for unlimited client projects.
  • Allow team members within one organization to access and use the template.
  • Store files in a private internal repository for authorized team members.
  • Do not share the template with a separate business, agency, partner organization, or outside team.
  • Do not give clients access to the reusable original template package.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, redistribute, repackage, or sell the template as a competing product.
  • Do not upload files to a public repository or public file-sharing service.

License scope: One agency, company, studio, or organization with multiple team members, unlimited websites and client projects.

  • Allow authorized employees and contractors to maintain, market, document, and support the product.
  • Provide template source files to paying customers as part of the licensed digital product.
  • Use the template for websites owned by the license holder and for completed client projects.

Restrictions

  • Do not sell, transfer, sublicense, share, or assign the master White-Label Resale License.
  • Do not give customers private-label rights, master-resale rights, resale rights, redistribution rights, or sublicensing rights.
  • Do not allow customers to resell the template as another template product.
  • Do not distribute the template through public repositories, free downloads, giveaways, memberships, courses, bundles, or website builders.
  • Do not use the same license to sell the product under a separate legal business or separate brand.
  • Do not claim ownership of the original template's underlying copyright.
  • Every customer must receive end-user license terms that prohibit resale, redistribution, sublicensing, sharing, and white-label use.

Licensing FAQ

Common questions, answered plainly.

A few useful answers before you choose a license or start your build.

Which license should I choose?

Choose the Personal License for one website that you own. Choose the Developer License if you are one freelancer or developer building unlimited websites, including paid client projects. Choose the Agency License if multiple people within one agency, studio, company, or organization need access to the template. Choose the White-Label Resale License only if one legal business and one brand need to rebrand and sell the template as a digital product.

Can Personal License holders use their website to promote a business?

Yes. The Personal License may be used on one website owned by the purchaser to promote their portfolio, personal brand, freelance services, or business. It cannot be used to build websites for paying clients.

Can I use the Personal License for a client website?

No. The Personal License is limited to one website that you own or operate. Client projects require the Developer License or Agency License.

Can I use the Developer License for client work?

Yes. One individual developer, designer, or freelancer may use the Developer License for unlimited client websites.

Can my team use the Developer License?

No. The Developer License is assigned to one individual. Multiple team members require an Agency License.

Who is covered by the Agency License?

The Agency License covers authorized employees and team members within one agency, studio, company, or organization. It does not cover separate businesses, partner agencies, clients, or outside contractors unless they are working under and authorized by the licensed organization.

Can I use the Agency License for unlimited client projects?

Yes. The licensed organization may use the template for unlimited commercial and client website projects.

Can an Agency License holder resell the template?

No. The Agency License covers internal team use and unlimited client projects, but it does not permit selling, sublicensing, redistributing, or repackaging the reusable template as a digital product.

Which license allows me to sell the template as my own product?

Only the White-Label Resale License allows you to rebrand and sell the template as your own digital product. Personal, Developer, and Agency licenses do not include template resale or redistribution rights.

Can my White-Label customers resell the template?

No. You may sell licensed copies to end customers, but those customers must receive terms that prohibit resale, redistribution, sublicensing, source-file sharing, master-resale rights, and white-label use.

Can I sell the white-labeled template under multiple brands?

No. One White-Label Resale License covers one legal business and one brand. A separate license is required for another legal business or distinct product brand.

Does the White-Label Resale License transfer copyright ownership?

No. It grants limited rights to rebrand, market, and sell the licensed template under the stated scope. The original template's underlying copyright remains with the licensor.

Can I give the template files to my client?

You may deliver the completed customized website to the client under the Developer or Agency License. You may not give the client the original reusable template package for use on unrelated websites or projects.

Can I resell or redistribute the template?

No. None of the licenses allow you to resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or repackage the original template or substantially similar source files.

Can I sell a modified version as another template?

No. You may not modify the template and sell it as a competing template, theme, starter kit, boilerplate, UI kit, website builder product, or downloadable resource.

Can I use the template in a course, membership, or digital product?

You may use the template to create the website that promotes or delivers your course, membership, or digital product. You may not include the reusable template files as part of the course, membership, bundle, or digital product.

Can I upload the template to GitHub?

You may store the files in a private repository that is accessible only to authorized users covered by your license. You may not upload the files to a public repository.

Can I use the template for more than one personal business?

The Personal License covers one website. Each additional website requires another Personal License, or you may purchase the Developer License for unlimited websites used by one individual.

Can I upgrade my license later?

Yes. Customers may upgrade by paying the difference between their current license and the higher license tier, subject to the current upgrade policy. Use the support request form to ask about license upgrades.

Does purchasing a license transfer ownership of the template?

No. Purchasing a license grants permission to use the template under the applicable terms. Ownership and intellectual-property rights remain with De'Andre Perry unless otherwise stated in writing.

Are third-party assets included in the license?

Third-party fonts, photographs, icons, libraries, plugins, or other assets may be governed by their own licenses. Customers are responsible for complying with applicable third-party license terms.

Do the licenses include support or customization services?

A license grants usage rights to the template. It does not automatically include custom development, installation, ongoing maintenance, hosting, or client services unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.

What happens if I violate the license terms?

A license may be terminated if the template is used outside the permitted scope. The customer must stop using and distributing the files after termination.

Where can I get help before or after purchase?

For licensing, product access, setup, or download questions, use the support request form. For the full digital product policy, review the refund policy and terms and conditions.
